It’s obvious that Judge Sullivan has real problems with with this case and I agree.
Beginning with Judge Contreras being the original judge in Flynn’s case who “happened” to be a personal friend of Peter Strzok and who was mysteriously yanked off the case. Flynn is pleading guilty to a process crime which is, in my estimation, just one more example of Mueller’s pattern of malicious prosecution that goes all the way back to the Whitey Bulger case, a mobster whom the FBI protected.
Mueller framed innocent people while leaking information to the media to disparage his targets. A jury trial revealed that the FBI had known the men were innocent but withheld the evidence from state law enforcement authorities.
- In 2007, a jury awarded more than $101 million in damages to the surviving men and their families.
- However, during the time the men were in prison Mueller wrote multiple letters to the parole and pardons board opposing clemency for the four men.
